1. Why should I choose you as my personal trainer?

  • In most gyms, boxing / kickboxing coaches run the same "repertoire / choreography", which wears out and gets boring over time. I like to diversify things every month - punchbag, paws, sparring, conditioning exercises, balance exercises, technique drills, reflex drills. Variety with me is guaranteed.

  • Most coaches don't like or are too lazy to interract with their clients. They often give memorized combinations to perform, then sit in the corner and wait for the clock to count down the end of the workout. I like to partner, to show, to correct; or more generally said - to interact with the client.

 

  • Most coaches do not maintain constant contact with their clients. I maintain constant contact, compare, comment and, if necessary, adjust the load, training and nutrition.

  • Most coaches treat their clients as professional athletes and train them as such. I take into account the physical capabilities of each of you. I am extremely aware that everyone has a job, family and other commitments outside the gym. For this reason, I am flexible to each workout so that the trainee feels both refreshed at the end, but also gets the most out of the training session.

2. Is there a chance to get hurt during training?

Absolutely not. Unlike group training, where there is  chance of an accident, when training 1 on 1 with a personal trainer, the risk of  more serious impact or collision tends to zero.

3. When can I expect results?

I can answer this question right after seeing you in person and getting to know your level and condition, because for each of you the answer will be different based on: weight, health, physical activity, set goals and etc.

4. Does my age matter ?

I have worked with clients aged from 8 to 65. For me, age does not matter. It is important to have the desire and perseverance. That is what matters the most.

5. Do I need special equipment ?

No. In the gym there is everything you need in terms of  equipment - gloves, wraps, paws, etc. All you need are comfortable clothes and clean sneakers. Of course, whoever wishes can be equipped with his own equipment, but this is at the will of the trainee, and not as a mandatory condition.

No. In any case, the first weeks are more educational and informative. Which means; the client gets acquainted with the movements and exercises, and the coach with the client's abilities. My concept has always been to give the trainer, the opportunity to recover until the next workout, while also having the opportunity to physically perform routine tasks. The change in training load and intensity is done gradually.

6. My physical condition is really bad.

Will this be a problem for me?

Yes. I have worked with people with hernias, with insulin resistance, with flat feet, with hormonal problems, etc. I do not discriminate against anyone and I am willing to help as long as there is a desire on the part of the other party. Of course, the disease can be of such a nature as to slow down the work process, but not to stop it.

7. I have certain health problems! Can we work together in such a case?

8. How often should I attend?

It depends on you. It depends on your free time, financial capabilities and of course – the expected results. My requirement is that it should be at least 2 times a week so that there can be a gradation in the work process itself.

The gym where I coach is entirely at my disposal and I have the opportunity to provide you with sessions when the gym is completely empty.

9. I have always been too shy to train among people. Can we train alone?
