We all know about the traditions of boxing and its ancient roots dating back to ancient Rome and Greece. But how many of you are familiar with kickboxing? Created as a combination of classic boxing and Thai Muay Thai, today it is perhaps the most widespread martial art. Requiring simultaneous work with hands and feet, it has proven to be a very challenging and effective sport both in the gym and in need of self-defense on the street. Kickboxing will challenge you to simultaneously mobilize all your concentration, patience, strength, speed, reflex and iron nerves.
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:30 p.m.
