CROSSFT is a HIIT (high-intensity interval training), which includes exercises from various types of disciplines - weightlifting, athletics, gymnastics and more. Each time the training is of a different nature and requires different skills and abilities from the participants. It can be in the form of a tab, it can be in the form of a competition or a competition, it can be a test for maximum opportunities, etc. Each time the training session and the exercises are different, which makes the experience and the thrill of it much bigger.
Schedule: Tuesday - 14:30 and 18:30; Thursday - 6:30 p.m .; Saturday - 11:00
