Fitness training is suitable for anyone who wants to get in shape. They combine weight training, weight training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and much more. Fitness training is used in many professional clubs in order to develop the physical qualities of athletes. If you want to know what your body is capable of, this is just for you!
Schedule:  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 19:30; Saturday - 16:00
